In Pakistan, “original” is a word that gets used loosely. Refurbished units pass as new, grey-market stock arrives without warranty, and replicas are sold beside the real thing. We built Phoniqa to be the opposite of all of that.
Every product we list is sourced through authorised importers and inspected before it’s offered for sale. If we can’t verify a unit is genuine, premium, and complete, we don’t sell it. That’s the whole promise — and it’s why our catalogue is deliberately small.

Manufacturer warranty
Eligible devices carry the official manufacturer warranty. Coverage and duration are shown on each product page under “Warranty”.
Store warranty
Where a product is marked as store-backed, Phoniqa handles the warranty claim directly so you have a single point of contact.
