Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in every purchase. This policy explains when you can return an item and how refunds work. It sits alongside your rights under applicable Pakistani consumer-protection law.

Return window

You may request a return within [[7]] days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below. Some products may have a different window, which will be noted on the product page.

Conditions for return

  • The item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and free gifts are included.
  • You can provide the order number or proof of purchase.
  • Sealed-box items are returned with the seal intact, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within [[48 hours]] of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping. This is in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened (for example in-ear earphones) unless they are faulty. Any such restriction is shown on the product page.

How to start a return

  • Message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 4200338 or email support@phoniqa.com with your order number.
  • Tell us which item you want to return and why, with photos if it is damaged or faulty.
  • We will confirm the return and share the next steps, including how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [[7–10]] business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
