Products & authenticity

We sell premium, 100% original mobile phones and accessories sourced through authorised importers. Phones offered as PTA-approved are compliant for use on Pakistani networks. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible; minor variations in colour or packaging may occur.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We do not use fake discounts or false urgency. Any “compare-at” price reflects a genuine prior or recommended price.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product’s correct price is higher than listed, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it (by email, WhatsApp, or on the order confirmation screen). We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we cannot verify the order — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery and online payment through a licensed payment provider. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your full card details.

Delivery

We ship across Pakistan through third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on arrival, especially for cash-on-delivery orders.

Returns, refunds & warranty

Acceptable use
